What’s good? It’s Katherine.

It’s hard to articulate why I enjoy photography. I’m drawn to wide, open landscapes with tiny people existing within them… I love the tension between the built world and the natural one. And I love playing with sunlight and the way my Pro Mist filter softens it. Even the drive-thru of a McDonald’s can feel strikingly beautiful if the lighting hits just right and you’re with the people you love.

This website is an archive for myself to display my most beloved photos. Aside from the dozens displayed here, there remain thousands on my drive, with probably many more to come.
